1) Where is my order / How do I track it?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. Please allow 24–48 business hours for tracking to update after fulfillment.

2) How long does shipping take?

Processing takes 24–48 business hours. Standard US shipping typically arrives in 3–7 business days depending on your location and the carrier.

3) Do you offer free shipping?

From time to time, we run free-shipping promotions. Any active offer will appear at the top of our site and at checkout.

4) Can I change or cancel my order?

We start preparing orders quickly. If you need to modify or cancel, email Support@kezvorya.com within 12–24 hours of placing the order. We can’t guarantee changes after processing begins, but we’ll do our best.

5) What if my item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?

Email Support@kezvorya.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number, photos, and a short description of the issue. If verified, we’ll provide a prepaid return label and process a full refund once the return is received and inspected (per our policy).

6) What’s your return & refund policy?

  • Return window: 30 days from delivery.

  • Refunds: We do not offer refunds except for defective, damaged, or incorrect items (full refund upon approval and inspection).

  • Items must be unused, unworn, with tags, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.

  • Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

7) How do I start a return?

Email Support@kezvorya.com with your order number, photos (if applicable), and reason for return. If approved, we’ll send a return shipping label and instructions. Unapproved returns will not be accepted.

8) Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship within the United States only.

9) What payment methods do you accept?

Major credit/debit cards and popular digital wallets as available at checkout. Exact options may vary by device and region.

10) Will I be charged sales tax?

Where required by law, sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.

11) Do you deliver to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses?

Many items can ship to PO Boxes/APO/FPO, but some carriers require a physical address. If there’s an issue, we’ll reach out via email.

12) When will I receive my refund (for approved defective/damaged/incorrect items)?

After your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take extra time to post the refund. If it’s been 15 business days since approval, contact us at Support@kezvorya.com.
